    Gigabyte DS4

    Hey (employee at scan)

was just wondering what the returns policy was on a Gigabyte DS4 motherboard, as it doesn't seem to like:
    a) my memory
    b) my graphics card
    or
    c) my footering about with the FSB (i.e. any changes and it refuses to boot)
would potentially like an Asus P5w-dh series, or one of the MSI boards.

Obviously, if another board costs more, ill make up the difference.

    Cheers,
    Steve B

Just wondering if you've received a reply? I filled out that form on the 14/15 and still waiting on a reply.

The new bios has been released but doesn't fix any problems.

I'm thinking of getting one of the asus boards instead.

Well we cannot 100% guarantee overclocking. If it runs and operates fine @ 400 Mhz, but as soon as you increase this to 405 Mhz and it crashes we cannot do anything about this I'm afraid as we cannot guarantee overclockability or running items outside their designed speeds, or frequencies.

If it's a general incompatability issue with the graphics and/or memory then there shouldn't be an issue with getting it returned etc, but please confirm this with returns first.

    Best Regards,
