Query system down?

I submitted a query about cancelling my order a day or two ago yet I havn't recieved any replies regarding it but have recieved a delayed order notification since I have placed the query. Could one of you guys look into this for me? Invoice number is XXXXXXX

That has been cancelled off - what happens as it still needs to go through the process to get off the system.

As such the the order was cancelled and the only item on there is the following code now ;

CANX/DUPLICATE/ERROR

Therefore - ignore any more emails as they get sent by clearing it through the system.
