Alternative delivery address for Switch users

hi

am wondering if the rule that Switch Card users cannot have items delivered to alternative address is going to change as I am sure many others like myself find this to be a bit of a pain when at work etc all day.

Please Scan, we have'nt all got someone who can wait in all day for deliveries - maybe I could train a cat or something to sign deliveries for me....hmmm....

That will never change for the immeidate future.

However, if you're an existing customer - contact Customer Services and they'll be able to change it for you in most cases
