waiting for order!

i made an order on 21/08/06 a day later i got an email saying that one of the items was out of stock so i phoned at 9:30 on the 23/08/06 to delete the out of stock item from my order!

and i asked if everything else was in stock i was told it was and it would be despatched that day 23/08/06. It got to 4:30pm and i had no email to say that my order had been dispatched so i checked my acount on scan.co.uk and it is only on the payment stage so i phoned at 4:35 and was told everything was ok and that it would be sent out by the end of the day!

Today i still have not received any conformation of despatch 24/08/06!

ok i realise scan have got a lot of unusual problems at the moment but when i am told by 2 seperate people one at 9:30am and one at 4:30pm that my order is ready and will be leaving the building that day thats what i expect!

i would not have been bothered if they had told me it would be despatched at a later date or there might be a delay but as 2 people told me i would get it today so i expected to get it today!

ok its now the 25th four days after i placed my order and it has still not been picked!

I am worried that i will now not recieve it until tuesday at the earliest (after bank holiday monday) which will be at the earliest 8 days after i placed my order!
