I recently returned a PSU to you that had developed a fault (***REMOVED***). I got an email back that it had been tested and found faulty, but would like to ask if you could arrange a store credit rather than a replacement? (it hasn't been shipped out) I already bought another PSU to replace it as I needed the system working again quickly and an account credit would give me reason to buy even more stuff from you .
