    Hi Scan,

    Hope this doesn't seem paranoid, but I've been primed by the stunning service in the past

    How long does it normally take from payment authorisation to picking usually? I ordered some today only items (order ****655) yesturday, payment was authorised ~9.20am, but they've not been picked yet. I've not recieved any SMS's at any point so far (though my phone details weren't in when I made the order to be fair).

    We despatch up till 8pm each night, so this should still leave on schedule.

    Well I just now (9:30pm? are you guys crazy?! ) got a text saying my order's been delayed due to stock problems

    The item out of stock is still showing as in stock on the website over a day after I ordered - LN11807

    Was hoping to be able to present them to my GF for her birthday tommorow evening How confident are you that you'll be able to get them back in stock? We had planned for ages around this build but I need to let her know if it's not going to be possible.

    I am currently speaking to the allocated picker for you to confirm the issue. The Aspire uATX case shows as on the re-order list, which is why you have received the OOS automated mail, however we are showing locations for 2, which I am currently trying to source for you.

    I will update this thread for you as soon as possible.

    We have found the cases, there was a location issue, which caused the cases to show as OOS, which has been resolved now.

    The order has been marked as urgent, given to the picker directly and should ship tonight for you.
