phantom order and delivery question

close post please moderatos been sorted


hi i placed an order this morning with my account email address
(removed.. david)

i will put no other details for security reasons i ordered 3 items

LN16080 256 mb gainward bliss golden sample 7900GS £125.48
(excellent price by the way)
LN8654 creative itrigue 3400 2.1 speakers £39
were in stock when i ordered now out of stock
LN13691 CREATIVE LABS 8133u broadband blaster router £15

but i recieved no order confirmation and when i check my account the order is not there i placed it at 10.30am

secondly i was of the impression that you can get next day delivery from scan but i have ordered twice and it always comes up as delivery 2 days after purchase any ideas why

The service is next day. Next day from point of despatch.

Was this an outright payment, or a finance order?

outright payment with credit card it all went through as it should have but the order just seems to have disappeared


also incidentally i on the today only the gfx card says £119 but when you order it it comes in at £125

The graphic card will only come at the offer price, if you order it on Today Only.

REALLY FUNNY STORY put my credit card details in this morning clicked ok then page came up that i thought was the online receipt

turns out i missed the rather large green button that says

CONFIRM ORDER

all sorted now though cheers
