RMA: No progress, no reply to email.

Hi scan

I've had an RMA in since 29th of last month and its been tested and apparently its now working, something which I never managed to make it do.

Anyhoo, i've emailed in asking whats the next step and i've not had any responce so i've had to resort to moaning on here

I would like to get my computer up and running
