    Faulty case fan

    I recently purchased a Gigabyte 3D Aurora case which I am very pleased with. However, one of the case fans doesn't spin and is clearly faulty. As I have built my PC I don't really want to have to return the entire case for RMA. Is it possible just to return the fan and get a replacement? It is a Gigabyte branded 1000rpm blue LED fan.

    I'm sure they wouldn't be that unreasonable just for one fan. Have you tried e-mailing Gigabyte to ask them for a replacement? Case manufacturers usually do nice things like that

    I was hoping I could do it via Scan but if necessary I'll contact Gigabyte directly.
