Razer BARRACUDA HP-1- Problem(s)

Recently purchased the Razer BARRACUDA HP-1 headset from you and I am experiencing a High pitched whine from the headset when I connect it to my Fatal1ty A8n-Sli onboard 7.1 soundcard, it seems to be in sync with the hard drive access e.g. if i go into my documents i can hear the high whining sound but if i leave the pc alone i can't hear the sound.

Also a rather large manufacting problem with the Razer BARRACUDA HP-1 has been noted, clearly i use the Razer BARRACUDA HP-1 headset for Teamspeak and ventrillo server, however when i turn the Razer BARRACUDA HP-1 headest on voice activation i get a huge amount of feedback from my friends as they can hear themselves through the speakers of my headset and is picked up from the (rather short) microphone, i have upload "test.wav" to show you this problem.

I was wondering if the high pitched whine could possible be my soundcard, however had tried it on other pc's and the same has occured, as for the feedback from microphone and headphones it occurs whichever pc i plug it into.
