    Thumbs down Refund taking sooooo long

    Why does scan's refund system take soooo long ?

    I had sent back my product for a refund, which has been over a week now and today I phoned scan to see what was going on.

    The Accounts department had failed to send the payment to my bank account

    Whats Going On Scan ?????????????????
