Conflicting advice in email!

Just received an email regarding my RMA, and at the top it states:

***This is an automated email. Please do not reply***

OK

Then, at the bottom it says:

"When replying to this email please ensure that these characters remain unaltered."



Can I reply to this email or not?

I will check into this tomorrow, if the email is from OLQ then it should be fine to reply.

Can you advise if the email sent to you has OLQ in the subject line. ?

Err Its in the format:

Query xxxxxx {xxx etc}

Whats has happened is someone has copied and pasted the automated RMA issued email into OLQ.

You can reply to the one with OLQ in the subject line.

I have included a link in my latest email reply with a sound file of a recording I took of the noise the PSU was making.
