    faulty psu

i brought a Hyper Type-R Series 580W psu from you 1st of november last year and over that past month it has begun to fail to the point where i cannot turn my pc on. i have tried connecting the green cable (ps_on) and a black cable (common) to start the psu manually to rule out hte possibilty of a motherboard fault but after this failed i am almost certain it is down to the psu. can i get a replacement or something and who do i need to go through you or hyper

I am not in returns but I know that you are out of the warranty period with Scan. I think Hyper seem to have 36 months warranty direct with them try e-mailing them info@hipergroup.com or give them a call 01908 226655

    Hope this helps
