what happens when you order an item that's out of stock?

what happens if you order a basket load of stock and one or two items are not in stock?

does scan make two deliveries or wait for the item to come into stock?

erm I think, they will wait until all the parts are in stock?

Yes they currently wait for all items to be in stock at time of picking. This can cause problems, and SCAN have apologised for this and assured us they are in the processing of working out some new stock control/picking systems that will allievate this.
