Can someone please contact me to get the purchase order number of an order i'd like to cancel please, as I placed a managed account order on the 11th January and although there were account payment issues, they were dealt with over a week ago, and we've still had no communication at all, even though I've been assured at least two times in total over the past couple of weeks that the order is about to be shipped.
Although I can sympathise with supplier lead time issues, I can no longer cope with being told that an order may be on it's way when other suppliers now have the items in stock, and are able to guarantee delivery times.
Truth be told, if communication had been better and I'd been kept informed of the status of the order, I wouldn't be cancelling it.
