must first start this message of complaint by saying how much I have appreciated Scans general good service and customer care; the problem I have at moment relates to two occasons in one week whereby delivery was a day late from what was assigned on order.
I understand the amount of orders Scan are doing each day but must add that these orders were given 5 days or so before delivery date.
My main problem is that no notification that items would be late were sent to me and on both occasions I had taken time off and re-arranged jobs so as to be at home for deliveries.
I will now have to spend today re-organising and try to somehow be at home for the now arranged delivery date of Monday.
As say, I am generally very happy with Scan but this weeks fiasco has tarnished my opinion slightly.
