... well whilst it Washington I managed to score an E6700 for $528 which at current exchange rates is £275. I ordered through a company called TigerDirect via Amazon.com, ordered from the UK with UK creditcard and had delivered to my USA Hotel. Got Brilliant service and communications from TigerDirect and would recommend them to anyone. I threw away the Intel cooler and just brought home the CPU. Postage was Fast, UPS Trackable delivery was a whole £7.50
Result!
next motherboard, case, RAM and PSU oh and GPU..... roll on Christmas!
