Surely 3ms is quick enough for gaming, I used to have some old 19 inch Samsung 930BF's they were 5ms and designed specifically for gaming...but the 3ms response time will leave gamers looking elsewhere.
I didnt have any ghosting or display issues when i used thoose for gaming. But the lack of a DVI connection spoils this monitor..

I agree with the aboce. I thought the comment on 3ms was a little harsh, 3ms is plenty low enough for gaming. The lack of DVI would be an issue for me also.
3ms is more than enough for gaming.
if your refreshing at 75hz, how is that slow!?
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
DVI to HDMI converter = Win?
Bargain, I really like how large displays have come down heavily in price to an affordable level
I've changed the article so that it now states the monitor has "a 3ms grey-to-grey response time", though you can get slightly better, it was a little harsh to say gamers might not like it.
75hz would be roughly 13 millseconds
TBH an old sony I have that's 18ms is just as good as a viewsonic I have thats 8ms
So its a hard area to comment on TBH.
Its also just £387.74 plus delivery.

Isn't that a TN-Film panel? So they made a 28" TN panel? Won't that look awful?
I'd rather pay £210 for the Yuraku 24" monitor - Same resolution, but a PVA panel!
so its NOT 1080p right?
why the misleading article headline?
capable<native
why are we still getting so many expensive WXUGA panels?
why dont the manufacturers just churn out 1080p's ideal for gamers, blu-ray, pc's everything in 1 display?
surely that would cheapen production, simplify resolutions, and give product to the customer that is designed to work with the hardware they have purchased?
Otherwise, if you use this panel with a 1080p source, you will have black bars, or stretched pixels? why not just cut to the chase?
They do. They're called televisions. This is a standard resolution WUXGA monitor, which means it has a decent vertical pixel count, and is a hell of a lot better for PCs. It can display HD content at the content's native resolution, sure, but if that's the main reason that you're buying it, then buy a television, not a monitor. We have people like architects here who actually do use and value UXGA and WUXGA panels, and would be VERY hacked off if they disappeared.
