but whats going on with the compo threads ?

surely they would be better left open in the competition forum where they are easy to find and not buried by news threads? and that galactic compo , first off have the winners been picked? and second that had both threads closed for it for some reason

also seems to be the same with the Geo-Political Simulator giveaway compo aswell both threads are closed?

they have the same competition running - for a unique GOW2 XBOX360 - it says 1 entry per household, and I've already entered the one through GAME website, i'm wondering if it will invalidate my entry - seen as its a unique as in 'only 1' console.. you even have the same question as them.


would like an answer because i just noticed you said in the article -

which implies there's only 1, so i'm just thinking will it invalidate both entries..

Noted. When we launch and article it always gets posted automatically in the news thread. I normally copy the thread across.

Galactic compo winners not chosen yet (we do say up to 14 days).

To answer the question, yes it is the same Xbox 360.

As the rules state, one entry per household, so if you've entered over on GAME, I'd leave it at that.

There is one slight flaw with the article though. Nowhere does it say the address in which to send the email. I'm sure most people here will have their mailto browser option set up ok, or at least be able to work out the address from the link, but there is also the chance some people wont. So you may want to add it in.


Probably shouldn't post this really, it can only reduce the chances of my email winning
