They are lagging (without competition) - this year's tock was only just on time, and only a small market segment. The majority of the 'tock' will come next year, presumably meaning they'll actually only have a few 32nm products next year as well. It's a bit more like t-tock then t-tick.
it was tick this year wasn't it? the 32nm is the tock I thought..
