That's not bad, but an N270-based system would consume much less at idle thanks to EIST - this system will consume 30watts all the time - no nice power-reducing features on the Atom 330..Originally Posted by The Article
Well, this is the quintessential kitchen pc. Or the quintessential low-requirement novice pc. What else do you need? You touch what you want to activate, you've got the mic and cam for chatting with the grandkids over skype, and you've got the speakers for listening to radio 4.
Not a huge fan of the styling but I like the simplicity of a touch screen and mic/cam.
Wonder how it fairs with video? Almost perfect for iPlayer duties in the kitchen, possibly with a USB TV tuner instead of having a separate TV in the room aswell.
