Yes I've seen this one before.
The "creepy guy" in the Harley Davidson sweater, carrying a "sniper rifle" is actually just carrying what looks to be a .22 cal rifle from the Gun shop on the corner to his truck parked across the street. Of course gun-phobic people would make a big deal about this.
