I've been running with this on Win 7 for over a week and no problems - performance of the M225 with 1819 has been impressive and consistent.

Many people on the crucial forums are reporting a drop in performance since this firmware upgrade. The previous firmware wasn't too hot either. They don't seem to be very good at this lol I shall do a comparison before and after later this week.

Doh I didn't test with the old firmware...... in my haste I just upgraded the firmware, loaded the OS and then tested. From what I remember though the speeds are a tad faster than before yay.

Re: News - Crucial firmware update brings Windows 7 TRIM support to M225-series SSDs

How do you upgrade firmware? I have an early M225 128GB and I have been getting bluescreens in Windows 7 recently. TRIM would be nice too...
