Well yeah, it's exactly what valve got in trouble for recently, and they spent a long time improving their 'console style' system of joining games..

Personally, I don't care, but it really is annoying having totally random green bars to designate your lag.

I'd agree that MW2 isn't up to the standard that MW1 set by some way, especially the multiplayer 'issues'. But it's a long way off the 1s and 0s those guys are giving it.

I had COD4 on PS3 and now have MW2 on PS3. I ain't complaining

They did mess up multiplayer on PC but saying 'lack of features' means you have no idea what you are talking about!

I havent bought the game for PC or console (yet) so can't comment on how the game plays. Although a few dutch guys I know have played it and say its great, so the low scores from PC people are probably just sad people spitting their dummies out, whom have nothing better to do.

I would be interested in reading it as I have both the PC and 360 version and personally I am finding the 360 version easier to get along with. Nothing wrong with the PC version but I am wondering if the 360 is winning due to the fact I can just chill and sit and play it on the 37" TV where as the PC I am stuck to a 22" TFT. Could also be the fact after a day at work the last thing I want to do is be stuck on yet another PC.

1 format isnt THE Public opinion community and specifically the PC; is a different kettle of fish from console altogether!
its gone beyond annoying now - i bet at least 90% of the people who bought it for the console are satisfied, i also bet a lot of people cancelled their pre-order because of the VAST negativity read about from the PC folk.

Class game, very good story line, nice evolved multiplayer - im glad i stayed up and waited in the cold for it

The story is good but as others have said its a tad gun ho, CoD 4 MW1 felt a little more polished with a bit more variety. Still good though, I think I am close the end of the game now so trying to do bits and bobs here and there instead of blasting through it.

Well I'm not buying. Developers should stop treating PC gamers like console owners. Having a 360 and PC i feel justifed in saying that.

Same here. If I wanted 'the console experience' in my games I wouldn't have bothered buying a gaming PC.
