I've just been and was seriously underwhelmed.

It's like a big PcWorld/Currys with more staff that appear to know what they're talking about.

Good range of Laptops on display, but no better than PcWorld...if not a bit better organised.
Prices on peripherals won't be worrying the likes of ebuyer e.g. 4gb USB stick for £17.

Probably a good place for you to look and feel things but not to buy.....

If there is a choice between local Best Buy and PcWorld I think I'd choose Best Buy....but then I wouldn't normally be choosing either anyway :-)
