At least the handset looks nice, as does the LG.
So, is an Android installation possible on WP7?

Getting a WP7 handset and then installing Android on it would be one of those pointless fail projects...
It would, but you know if its possible some one will do it.

I still think mobile 7 looks very un-user friendly. But I guess we will see some reviews before I will commit to HTC's desire z
I've not found so, but then I've been used to using lots of different UIs.
Its very very natural to pan across to see more of the screen when edges of letters are missing.
