Downloaded and installed this last night, so far I'm impressed. Much better than IE8 but that isn't hard

I'm actually pretty impressed - it's fast and there's even more vertical space for webpages than Chrome. As soon as I can get a good adblocker for it and 1 or 2 other extensions it could even feasibly become my default browser... (love speed of chrome at moment & speed=king, firefox v reliable but sluggish recently)

Re: News - Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate now ready for download

i installed this yesterday, really surprised how good it is... easily trumps chrome in speed and looks IMO and since i slightly hate googles way of stealing all your data etc then IE wins .

Was always a Firefox man but it really has gone to slow, slow to start and slow to run in general and even at the latest beta it still is so im probably leaving it shortly. Opera was a second favourite but i could never use it as id always encounter a website that supports IE/Firefox only so i kept having to switch back, atleast IE9 competes!.

    Well done MS id say.
