Surely, the old "if it's too good to be true" adage just gives scammers a better profit margin?
Most decent scammers would surely price just below the real sellers?
it sounds more like a promotion for markmonitor's services than really warning people about buying fake ipads
It doesn't matter who you buy from, if you want to buy an Apple product you are going to be scammed.

Where there is need, legitimate and illegitimate supplies will rise to meet it. As more hipsters and yuppies purchase iPads, a number are getting stuck with phony iPads. Some are people who bought illegally and got what they earned though others are getting counterfeit units from major merchants.
