No problems here either. One thing that surprised me was how much bigger the 920 is than the iPhone 5! Not surprised that the video was miles better though - I think the camera in general is going to be extremely strong on the 920.

£469 feels like quite a lot though... guess we'll have to wait and see how that translates into contract pricing.

Don't worry, some Apple nut going to make some contraption to stabilise video and everyone will love their iPhones again. It's sickening..

My internet is fine, checked a 1080p youtube video along side it and whole 4 mins of it loaded in about 20 secs, but this video was laggy

the lumia picture quality looks so much richer compared to the iPhone, but apple still marketed it as the best camera ever and those iSheep believed it

Is it seriously £469? thats a lot but still £130 cheaper than the iPhone equivalent memory wise, which technically equates to about £7 cheaper over a 18 month contract although won't necessarily work that way

I actually don't think that's a bad price IF you want a phone with a decent camera. TBH though my Galaxy S III video's appear better than the video they shot...

I dont get why everyone is raving about the camera so much, there is plenty of other tech to be raving about, the PPI thats higher than the iPhones wasnt even mentioned during the announcement

Still pretty much defo getting this though, would have gone for the 820 but i love the design so much and its just so different

I beleive it is the way those phones have image stabilisation, they allow for a dead part of the sensor, so that the actual image can move up or down. Either that or it is due to the aspect ratio is different?

Where did you get £469 from? Didn't think pricing for the 920 had been released yet.

Nothing wrong with the tests, they all seem to be made without any zooming, it's just these phones have different camera focal lengths, Lumia 920 has focal length of 26mm and iPhone 5 has 33mm (both numbers are 35mm equivalent). In other words, Lumia 920 has capability of capturing a lot wider scenes as compared to iPhone 5 (iPhone 4 had 35mm focal length, so even worse). Not the only difference either, most notably so Lumia 920 has aperture of f/2.0 compared to f/2.4 on iPhone 5, producing much better results in low light and faster shutter (less motion blur with moving objects) overall. These comparison videos didn't surprise me at all. Lumia 920 has pretty decent specification even when compared to low to mid range P&S cameras. iPhone 5... well, that one has about as good specification as some mid-range webcams.
