Lets hope it's a bit truer to the original, unlike the current Tomb Raider "re-boot"! ... Which appears to have become a run-of-the-mill third person run-and-gun!

both were intense beyond belief

I got Thief 1 running on a recent PC and it was still... nerve wracking.

I found the best way to play was to set aside mulltiple hours to play just one map... and to set out to not die at all. Ever.

I stood and listened and waited and planned .. and it was gut wrenching stuff.

I loo forward to this new reboot with a sweet hoipe for the best of the old game... without the horrible slowdown I had on external scenes.

to hear a guard mutter.. and then to lean against the door and hear him better was intense
