They need to get to 20nm or lower quickly, Intel being at 14nm and AMD being at 28nm is a major disadvantage.
That said, I sincerely hope the technology can deliver on the promise because the built in GPU performance looks solid for 1080p gaming.
I'm interested to see how the CPU portion of this performs as an indicator of steamroller's FX line (if it ever happens).
