NZXT H440 will retail for around €109 ----

Crumbs that is a good price the spec and size of this case. Going to give Corsair a run for their money.

A doorless front panel that looks just like a door?

Those Ducky/NZXT keyboards look awesome. If I didn't already have a Shine 3 YotS I'd definitely consider that white one.

It's so "Efortless"... other than that picture mistake, it looks interesting.

the lack of a 5.25" bay is an interesting decision, but it rules it out for me.

Yes, while most of my games come from Steam these days, my blu rays are physical copies and dvd's for that matter and my PC is the main entertainment piece in my bedroom(Ok, ok no jokes about that lol)

Could be my next case. I have no real need for a 5.25 bay any more and I like the reliance on 120mm fans rather than some of the more unusual sizes which don't receive the development and thus aren't as good - yes 200mm in my 650d I'm looking at you.

Re: News - NZXT launches "groundbreaking" H440 chassis (video)

...I have 4 ODD bays on my 600T...one has a fan controller / temperature sensor, another 2 taken up by a bay reservoir & 4th taken up by a 3.5" + 2.5" HDD/SSD quickswap device...

...though 5.25" ODD bays are not necessarily used for optical drives any more...they are pretty useful!

Re: News - NZXT launches "groundbreaking" H440 chassis (video)

It's on pre-order at OCUK for £95. Apart from the lack of a 5.25" bay it's a cracking case and i thought it would have cost much more than that. The red/black version looks awesome.

It does look great and a bargain, although I think they could have been way more interesting with the design - why make a front panel that looks like a separate part at all?

'Liquid Coolong' and 'Efortless'. Case manufacturing may be their strong point, but spelling however, isn't.

krsboss is correct. I too have a need for these 5.25 bays. Blu Ray, Sound Card, 2 BAY NZXT fan controller and SD and additional USB3 Slots. I have 2 NZXT cases in use already but this one does not really offer anything other than a concept we are not yet ready for.
