Awesome performance but a little too rich for my blood, I'll stick to my liquid cooled HD 7970 that I got for £130, block attached

You can make DIY triple water cooling setup and it will be fraction of the cost while having same Frankenstein looks as this beast.
Its hideous, even if it was £500 I would still buy a 295x2.

I'd rather buy 2 R9-295X2 and X-fire them (at a cost of £1110 for the pair from scan) and keep my change for my electricity bill. (Bit rich since I'm quiet happy on my GTX760, but that's my opinion!)

One comment, the graphs are rather misleading or I missed something.
2-way or 3-way SLI setups doesn't add up or combine the GPU vram. Every card buffers the same data. So 3x GTX980 4gb gives a frame buffer of 4gb not 12.

I share the general opinion here. If someone wants this much grunt in a system, they are going to be enthusiasts. And enthusiasts do this kind of thing themselves with full system loops. That being said it is good they are trying to make high end cooling solutions more accessible.
The notation for the memory is the sum of what is on the cards, not what is usable. This is consistent between reviews, where the R9 295X2 is referred to as 8GB, and not 4GB.
are you sure the twin R2 295x2 use more power?
For £2500, why the heck would they not use a 3x120mm rad and an integrated loop? Hell, stick three pumps in there if you're somehow worried about flow rate. A hell of a lot nicer looking, and in the case where you aren't equally loading all three cards (i.e. every use case that isn't GPU compute) it will perform better than 3 separate 120mm rads.
For a pre-built premium system, it doesn't make a lick of sense.
Wow. Would love that kind of performance in my pc. I'm still on a gtx 670. If I had that I'd give the 670 to my brother who should have a PC after christmas with just the AMD a10 APU in...
Always thought external coolers looked ugly, with the exception of one or two heavily modded/scratch-built cases.
Can't argue with the performance, especially since its hard to argue with a mouth full of vomit - Christ that thing is ugly! As others have said - if you have the money to pay for this then surely you could just buy a pre built, watercooled set up without that carbuncle strapped to the top of your nice, expensive case?
It is an interesting idea though - it's good to see companies try out products like this - and I'm sure there will be a small market for it. Hopefully future iterations will sort out the 'acquired taste' looks

I dont object to the looks as much as the cost. If i had the money for that and still had the same motivation to do things myself as I do now(due to bang for buck theory), I do not think I would spend it on this.
I am impressed with the performance you got with it, no glitches-just smooth super high power performance and very low temps and a little benefit from some tweaking/oc'ing.
I thoroughly enjoyed the review and pix though. I couldnt quite how £==$US at the moment, only that it would be a lot ...
