I think I might just have one of these
If it's got 3GB VRAM then might be the card for 1440P!

Is it just me or nvidia mid range cards constantly creeping up in price?

I paid £180 for my 460, and that was way over the odds due to a factory overclock board with non reference fan and double the standard amount of vram. Had I bought a "normal" card then it would have been about £130, same as I paid for my 6600GT all those years ago.
So yes, I think it has crept up.
Don't forget the GTX 750. It uses the same GPU as the 750-ti, but it's still a different graphics card
Doesn't seem likely. I'd expect the 950 to have 2GB on a 128-bit bus

If its big brothers are anything to go by it will be really interesting as the 970 already seems to be quite a sweet spot when it comes to high performance and a sensible cost, wonder just how much the lower cost of a 960 will effect its perfomance. I am assuming that power consumption on this thing will be next to nothing so no need to strap a AX1500i in with them!
It will be interesting if it can get close to a GTX780 in some games, although I think the memory bandwidth and number of ROPs might be the more limiting factors. Although if I have to pay well over £150 for it,then I might as well wait to see what AMD have in store later next year.

While a 960 is neat and all, when's that shrink to the 20nm node happening?
