FRTC up to 95fps, seems a bit stingy. Also DX10+ only?

Microsoft really are in the mood for marketing lately......their statement makes it sound like there are things available that would benefit from DX12......Kam VedBrat, principal group program manager, Microsoft Corp enthusiastically welcomed the new driver release: "With full support for DirectX 12 and WDDM 2.0 in this latest AMD Catalyst driver for AMD APU and Radeon Graphics processors, customers can benefit from improved multithreaded scaling and CPU utilization; reduced GPU overhead; and ultimately richer, smoother, more compelling games," said VedBrat.

VSR ftw and FRTC Also
So my next question is how do I enable VSR? Can't see anything about it in CCC. FRTC is there and working.
No it's missing. There should be a button in the Digital Flat Panel properties, next to the 'Enable GPU up-scaling' button, called 'Enable virtual super resolution'. I don't have it despite my card being on the supported VSR list in the release notes
