    Lower land costs and easier availability of land I suspect. When I visited that part of the country you can see loads of warehouses.

    Last year's was good but I probably won't be able to make it this time unfortunately.

    They'll have to go some to beat last year's goodie bag; Arkham Knight, Dying Light and Witcher 3!
