thornton chocolate and tbe star trek movie set
An HTC Vive, a handful of very well-priced Christmas presents for other people.
Oh, and Doom, The Witcher 3, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Ryse and Her Story, which were all on all-time lows and mostly funded by my revenue from selling trading cards.
I'm mostly excited about the Vive though. Yep, definitely the Vive.
Managed to resist so far, my wallets well & tightly shut.
100m of Cat 6 cable. Living the dream eh?
Nothing technically.... although I did buy a logitech MX Master mouse on Tuesday under the 'black friday' banner.
Realistically there was nothing out there that I thought was a must have bargain if I'm honest.

DOOM on Green Man Gaming, 77% off. Bargain.

I was looking for a 1 TB SSD to stick my games on but compromised for a Crucial MX300 750 GB SSD for £106 on Amazon.

A laptop for someone's Xmas - not reduced in price (retailer already took £20 off earlier in the week) but an extra year on the guarantee, 3 years now in total, for no extra charge.
I bought The Witcher 3 last week??
Family has tasked me with finding the bargains for them - so managed to find a decent deal on a CSC for them, and looking at some kitchen related stuff.
The 750GB SSD was tempting but not much of a tech budget ATM!
Yeah. I don't think it's going to get any better for a while now, and it's pretty much parity with a USD purchase pre-tax, which is rare. It may well be that the sterling rice increases at some point.
Of course, if the next gen device is announced that might create some downwards pressure, but who knows when that will actually materialise.
