Rushed products are such a good idea.

We've had two major ones this year already: AMD's Ryzen launch, and Intel's Skylake-X launch.

Also, recent (as in say the last 5 years) we had other issues with SSD firmware, longevity of NAND etc. In fact, wasn't there some SSD issue just now with Intel rushing to launch their 545S SSD because apparently they want to 'beat' WD and Toshiba to 64-layer 3D NAND.

The Intel 545S will make a good HDD replacement for most consumers, once its firmware bug is patched.

So, no thanks. I'd rather wait for products which are actually ready when launched.
