The winner of this prize was a french woman who didn't need a GPU. So she sold it to me because I'm building a new computer.
When I tried to plug the GPU into the motherboard, the GPU is not detected. I've tried a lot of option but I just get a black screen when I plug a HDMI on it. Nothing in the BIOS neither. However, fans and light are working.
I'm gonna try the GPU in the next few days in a friend's computer to see if it's my motherboard or the GPU istelf which is not working.
How could I use the 3 years warranty from Gigabyte ? They say on their website to contact the seller. Do you have an invoice I could use to contact them directly ? Or do i ship to you the GPU and you send it to Gigabyte ?

We rarely get failed products for a Prize. It's v unusual, and when/if we did we'd only be dealing with the winner.
I think the first thing realistically is to know that it's actually failed. We don't see many failures tbh.
We don't buy the cards - they're prizes provided by the Manufacturers, so invoices don't exist in our sphere as you will understand.
