Re: Intel Core i9-9900KFC spotted in latest AIDA64 changelog

I thought the eDRAM packing CPU's were for ones that have integrated graphics (to help performance) but this one is specifically with no iGPU?

I suppose it is for caching more data, I would think this kinda thing reduces latency? maybe someone with a better idea could answer this intresting question?

Re: Intel Core i9-9900KFC spotted in latest AIDA64 changelog

How long after its release until a YouTuber tries to see how well it can be cooled by using KFC gravy as thermal paste?

There's got to be at least one thinking of trying it.

...Unless KFC gravy isn't very thick. I've never tried it myself so I wouldn't know. I've just read that various people online seem to like it.

Yes, in the past Intel's Iris on package ram has acted as an L4 cache. Could help they stay ahead of Ryzen 3000 series in some benchmarks.

Well it depends on where you go, the mix they use is'nt always put together in the correct parts. So you can actually end up with a jelly like gravy Blancmange. Not all that good if too thick

Probably it is a CPU with eDRAM memory like Broadwell

Re: Intel Core i9-9900KFC spotted in latest AIDA64 changelog

All we need to do is make this a low-powered CPU and add a U to the name and do some strategic rearranging of the letters ;o)
