I think I upgraded Mobo, CPU and GPU earlier this year... Definitely did them, just can't recall when.
Sorry...
Working very well, though!

As I don't really get a lot of time for gaming these days I see little need to upgrade, perhaps I'll downsize to ITX at some point when iGPU's are good enough and I don't need a half-decent card for stuff..
Got a new Ryzen platform. Tight budget though and I could only afford a B450 motherboard (AsRock) and a Ryzen 5 1400. Also upgraded the graphics card from a R9 380 to a GTX 1660. Bought a AData NVMe as a system drive as well. Very pleased with the performance, especially the GTX 1660. I can play all the new games on 1080p and Ultra settings with decent framerates (45-55 FPS in Bordelands 3 on Badass settings). I plan on upgrading the CPU in the future with a 3000 series, but for now it does the job very well.
mobo cpu and some memory
Just upgraded what I use to listen to music with the pc. From an Asus Xonar Essence STX and AKG K550s to an Audiolab M-DAC and Shure SRH1540s. VERY pleased with the result.
Everything.
Everything!

Upgraded my GPU from AMD Radeon R9 280X to a RC Vega 64 and have been disappointed with the supposed performance improvements...
CPU, which needed new mobo and RAM. Also got an m.2 ssd (thanks prime day) up from just using HDDs after my SSD died. Plus I got a new case for airflow, though I am using the stock 3600 cooler, but I wanted a new case. A new GPU would be nice, but the prices are off putting. I was tempted to upgrade those things last year, but intel performance lift wasn't much, the prices were high, and RAM and SSDs were also too high.
I went the other way & downgraded the GPU to the IGP, managed to get £100 for my GTX970 on ebay (which had a delivery address of Red Bull Racing - make of that what you will). Simple reason, I moved to the US and my current gaming rig was never going to make the trip (it's in an Antec 1200 case which empty is 17.5kgs). It's also Haswell based and it doesn't seem worth upgrading.
It seemed like a good idea to max sale price on the 970 while it still had some decent value though it will probably get replaced by a 1660 Super next year. Either way, I'll be starting over with a new build soon enough stateside.
All but the case, and one of those i have in the mail, along with a full cover block for my GFX.
O i did not upgrade the screen - keyboard or the mouse pad either.
Everything but the monitor
I got some Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200MHz CAS14, a Ryzen 3700X, an X570 motherboard, some Gen. 4 NVMe SSDs and an Acer Predator Z35P Ultrawide monitor.
Been a good year for Hoonigan.
