lol indeed, thats like 1 kg of pure copper. Unless it's the thickness of block that was CNCed and the real thickness of "walls" is much less.
no way, even at 250W card you would probably ended at ~45 at gaming, of course assuming radiator is as usual (3-4 x12/x14). As the rule of thumb, even if you are taking the heat efficiently, you still need to release it somewhere.
