Actually no. The silicon (actually the electrons passing through) react very different based on the temperature. Significant performance gains can be attained at -196 vs that of a phase changer (normally -10 ish). The only true comparison to liquid nitrogen is liquid helium, which can go all the way down to absolute 0....but that stuff is HYPER expensive.
