That is quite a lot of coin...
Just bought a 4800H RTX2060 laptop for nearly a grand. I wanted to hold off until zen3 and RDNA2 laptop's arrived but based on how few OEMs incorporated Zen with decent GPUs, the delayed release after the desktop CPUs of zen2+ and assuming there'll be stock issues I thought I'd be waiting a good half year.
Hopefully there'll be some desktop GPUs available then too!

Don't get a gaming laptop unless you absolutely have to
A desktop will always be better
Better temps, better performance, more upgrade space
And no warranty condition that if you open the case, your warranty is void
