http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=3566R520 lands next week, but how much will it set you back if you want one at launch? We've got details on the pricing of R520 and its brethren across the X1xx range.

What will be the specs on the X1600's?? Any clue as of yet?

i am just waiting for the existing cards to drop in price, like the 6800 cards losing £50 in a lot of cases almost overnight when the 7800 cards were released
Any word on quantities at this point? I would suspect if the top end models are in short supply then the price will remain near the RRP for longer. I'd be interested to see if ATI start offering Mobo + Graphics Card bundles too.

With ATi partnering up with TCMS i dont think there will be a short supply of any card. Plus i think that Sapphire might be the one that does the deal with mobo + gfx card. I dunno about you but i am just waiting to collect money to buy XT and Sapphire PURE Innovation PI-A9RX480 mobo should be very nice PC in the end, even nicer if i manage to snatch FX57.Originally Posted by =TcQi=

I think the X1600's are going to be the most interesting part of this launch (assuming they become available at the same time - I personally have seen a lot of hype and noise about the x1800's but almost nothing about the x1600's). it's not a far stretch of the imagination to guess that the x1800's will perform somewhere around 5% above/below the 7800 GTX, but what I am wondering is how the mid range of the new generation will behave relative to the X700 (and now x800 GT)/6600GT's as nvidia hasn't released anything into this segment of the market yet...
