I uninstalled it last night but kept my savegames, just got bored with it as its all the same all the way through. Yeah it looks fantastic and plays really well but it gets tedious and monotonous after the first few levels.
How much beer was involved in this then Zak33
I bought it on the DAY of release and played it from 6pm until 4am and then constantly all weekend.
The game is stunning to look... sorry GREAT to look at, but not really all there.....
Shame Really, if B&W1 looked like B&W2 it would be the MOST amazing game ever.
Aye, I think the last page of the review really sums up just how disappointed I was with Black and White 2...
It wasn't until I'd finished the review that I realised just how let down I felt.
I'm a massive, massive fan of the first game... so much so that I was worried I wouldn;t be able to offer an unbiased review of the sequel and you could all me elitist but the simplification of the gameplay with the emphasis on city and army building just killed the feeling of playing an open game like the original.
There's less to do, less to see and none of the mystery and sense of achievement you got from the first game... gutted, properly gutted.
