    New Xbox 360 water cooler

Hidden in the depths of Asetek's stands we found an Xbox 360 cooling system, they'll be approaching Microsoft with their solution soon.

Check out the Headline for more info.

Wouldn't some sort of padding around (internally) the DVD drive help keep the noise in?

The ability to install games to your Hardrive would keep the noise down

    Quite!

The rest of it is actually quite quiet

When my warantee expires I'm going to see what I can do to dampen the sound of it.

How long are the warranties on these here boxes? I may think of doing the same...spinning up the DVD drive means a lot of noise compared to idle/playing demo's

Hmm...not a bad idea considering the overheating issues with the Xbox 360 and complaints about noise. I think they'll get their solution to Microsoft soon.
