Blimey, they were quick to respond! Of course, Sony deny any racist intent in their latest PSP adverts.

Take that statement whichever way you want, but I reckon it sounds like the rep is saying "**** that, how stupid do you think we are?"It seems the controversial ad is unlikely to appear outside Holland, with a representative from Sony's UK office telling GI.biz: "I would like to confirm that we categorically are not running this advert creative in the UK."
ANyone ever see this PSP ad in the U.K?
Myself and Nick saw it at a tube station but didn't really think anything of it. Apparently this also caused controversy with people saying it was racist and sexist. I'm confused.

I'd just say that's a bit risque rather than sexist, and not racist at all really.
Just a bit daft
the white bits one amused me, it was on the side of a few buses in leeds. I really dont see the other ad as racist either, not if you see the entire campaign. Admittedly, that one picture is pushing it a bit, but i dont see a big problem with it
Girl on girl action with "the white psp is coming"..

I said what I thought there, theres ones of the black woman hitting the white, but thats ignored of course
Clever marking stunt by Sony. Display something controversial, and whammo, lots of free press and advertizement.
See System Specs.
Whether people think this is racist or not, I think this is something we can all agree on.Originally Posted by Bull Dog
