    Interesting article , what does vpro offer over wake on lan then ?
    They did use the example of a floppy in the drive and not booting but youd still need someone there to take it out unless theres a virtual hand embedded in the chipset to do that
    Im not mocking it just having a giggle, I can see why it is useful but as my initial question is what does it offer over wake on lan if you are already using a third party prog to allow access to your pc.

    It does have WOL - and also you have full Bios control remotely

    ... we will have a demonstration of it soon

    ah ok so you could then have someone overclock your system if you were not familiar with the mobo settings could be a good thing amongst othet things.
