    Network unlocking Samsung D900

    Hi there guys,

I bought a brand spanking new Samsung D900 from Virgin Mobile on Pay as You Go and I have been trying to unlock it with no success. Tried google and nothing.

If I put my O2 card on it, it gives you a message saying "NETWORK LOCK" and the codes found on the net/ebay don't work so I was wondering if anyone knows what do I need to get. I have seen the Unlocking Clips but I am not sure if they are effective.

    Thank you in advance!

They can be unlocked, but I think you have to have an unlocking like this:

they're expensive though, and your only going to use it once, take it to the market? There are loads of phone unlockers who will do it for a fiver

I think sim lock and network lock are the same thing. I agree that taking it to the market would probably be the best way if nothing shows up on google.

Thanks, that's what I did in the end. A bit more expensive than what I expected but works a treat so I am pleased about it
